Azerbaijan’s Central Election Commission (CEC) registered the candidacy of the president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the member of Azerbaijan’s parliament, the deputy chairperson of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party, Mehriban Aliyeva for the parliamentary election, AzVision.az reports.
Mehriban Aliyeva was registered from the fourth constituency of Baku’s Khazar district, said the CEC on its website Sept. 22.
Azerbaijan will hold the parliamentary election on Nov. 1.
