Upon the arrival at St. John's Airport, Speaker Gafarova was greeted by Anthony Liverpool, the Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Antigua and Barbuda, Ruslan Rzayev, the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Cuba, and other official persons.
Speaker Gafarova will take part in the opening ceremony of the 4th International Conference on Small Island Developing State and the 1st Plenary Meeting of the Conference. She will make a speech at the Plenary Meeting and hold several meetings with participating delegation heads.
