Ergodan: Situation in the Mediterranean coast `shame for the world`
The world should feel ashamed for the situation in the Middle East which caused the mass flow of refugees to Europe, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan speaking at the opening of a Cathedral Mosque in Moscow.
"Refugees from Syria, Iraq, Egypt and Libya-our neighbor-countries- have headed to the borders with Europe in a hope to find peace and salvation," Erdogan said.

"We are in grief because it is hard to see people being deprived of not only their right for the religious worship, preservation of their roots and lands but also their major right-the right to live," he said adding that what happens in the Mediterranean coast is the shame for the humanity. The world should feel ashamed for this."
