Relations between Azerbaijan and Russia are developing successfully, reliably and very pragmatically, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with the heads of world news agencies, AzVision.az reports.
Vladimir Putin also noted that for the further development of relations between Baku and Moscow, it is necessary to improve the logistics and transport infrastructure.
