He said if the OSCE PA believes that something isn’t right in Azerbaijan, it should come and clarify on the spot, instead of making such statements.
Kabakci added that unfortunately Europe has stereotypes about Turkey and Azerbaijan and the whole Turkic world.
He also said Europe, instead of slandering Azerbaijan, should take serious steps for the Azerbaijani refugees to return to their historical lands.
