Dilmanc software producing company plans to create a social network for Azerbaijani users.

He said the project of local social network will be implemented once the contours of the national search program is worked out.

Fatullayev also noted that the company is unable to implement both projects simultaneously.

The Dilmanc project manager also noted that Azerbaijan must create a national messenger, integrated in a search program and social network.

“Our messenger will have more extended functions compared to WhatsApp.”
