During the X Global Forum of the UN Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) in Cascais (Portugal), UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres was presented with a commemorative coin featuring illustrations from Nizami Ganjavi's "Khamsa" manuscripts.

Representatives of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center presented the coin to Guterres during a meeting at the forum.

The event was attended by the center's co-chair Maria Fernanda Espinosa, as well as former heads of state and government from various countries, including Rosen Plevneliev, Vaira Vike-Freiberga, George Papandreou, and others.

The meeting discussed international challenges, including issues discussed at the COP29 climate conference. Participants agreed to hold such meetings regularly.
