Azerbaijan's Minister of Finance, Samir Sharifov held discussions with the Greek Ambassador, Christos Kapodistrias, on enhancing cooperation between the two nations in the spheres of economy and finance, AzVision.az reports citing the Ministry of Finance.
The sides also touched upon collaborative efforts within international financial institutions. Both sides underscored the significance of hosting COP29 in Baku, emphasizing the event's importance in addressing global climate change issues.
The discussions also highlighted the importance of mutually beneficial cooperation within the framework of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) and the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB). Both sides expressed their desire to further strengthen bilateral relations.
