"We are negotiating with SOCAR which is continuously working on petrol quality," he said. "Moreover, we signed a cooperation agreement as part of the collaboration with SOCAR. National standards will be introduced accordingly. They will be applied to the design, construction and operation of a new refinery. This proposal is designed for the next six years.
We expect 2000 standards to be introduced in various areas as a result of this cooperation."
The Cabinet of Ministers draft decision on the application of the new standard is ready and the public will be informed of the decision coming into force," he said.
