Major General Gunduz Abdulov, Rector of Azerbaijan's National Defense University, hosted a delegation from the National Defense University of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by Major General Nayed Atagan Al-Mutairi, according to Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense.
The Saudi delegation was briefed on the history, education system, and primary activities of Azerbaijan’s National Defense University. They also received detailed insights into the outcomes of successful reforms implemented in the Azerbaijan Army, particularly in military education.
Discussions focused on expanding cooperation between the two nations in military education, exploring joint projects, and addressing other mutual interests.
