If the talks on complete and unconditional withdrawal of Armenian armed forces from the occupied Azerbaijani lands don’t bring any results, Azerbaijan will have to use its inalienable right to self-defense as guaranteed by Article 51 of the UN Charter in order to ensure the restoration of the sovereignty and territorial integrity within internationally recognized borders, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said.
