Voter turnout reaches 28.77% in Azerbaijani municipal elections by 17:00

As of 17:00, voter turnout in the Azerbaijani municipal elections stood at 28.77% (1,715,291 voters), announced Farid Orujov, Chief of the Sechkiler Information Center of the Central Election Commission Secretariat.
