Tehran is ready to contribute to strengthening security and stability in the South Caucasus, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei said, AzVision.az reports citing the Iranian media.
"Security in the Caucasus, including the security of all neighbors, including Azerbaijan and Armenia, is very important for us. We have successful relations with Azerbaijan and Armenia, and diplomatic talks have intensified recently," he noted.
Baghaei noted that Iran has expressed its readiness to assist in developing dialogue between the two countries.
