President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
According to the order, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Energy will receive funds amounting to $1 million (in manat equivalent) from the 2025 President’s Reserve Fund. These funds are designated for the purchase and shipment of electrical equipment manufactured in Azerbaijan to assist Ukraine.
The Ministry of Finance is tasked with ensuring the necessary financial resources as specified in Part 1 of the order.
The Cabinet of Ministers has been assigned to address matters arising from this order.
