Azerbaijan’s main oil pipelines transported a total of 12.233 million tons of crude oil in the first four months of 2025, according to the State Statistical Committee, AzVision.az reports.
The Baku–Tbilisi–Ceyhan (BTC) main export pipeline accounted for 9.315 million tons, or 76.1 percent of the total volume transported during the period.
Of the oil shipped via the BTC pipeline, 83 percent—approximately 7.731 million tons—was produced in Azerbaijan, while the remaining 17 percent—around 1.583 million tons—originated from Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan.
