Hungary is one of the rare countries that follows an independent foreign policy — a particularly challenging path within the European Unionç AzVision.az reports.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev made this statement during a press briefing alongside Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.
The President noted:
"There are many rules and established principles, and a unified foreign policy is naturally one of the core principles of the European Union. Despite this, my friend Viktor Orbán has always prioritized Hungary’s national interests above all else. We welcome and commend that."
