ICRC visit Armenian serviceman who surrendered to Azerbaijan
Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited the Armenian serviceman who crossed the contact line on March 22, the Head of the Public Relations Department of ICRC Baku Office, Ilaha Huseynova said, AzVision.az reports.
The visit took place a few days ago. The Armenian soldier was informed of his family and he was asked information for his family.

Ilaha Huseynova also noted that the purpose of visiting detainees under the mandate of the ICRC is to monitor their treatment and help them stay in touch with their families.

On March 22, the serviceman of the Armenian Armed Forces, Andranik Araratovich Grigoryan, born in Khojavand district in 1991, left the military unit and surrendered to the Azerbaijani side.
