This volume starts from the trip of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to Shamakhi.
The words used as a title was pronounced by the head of state on March 1, 2007 after participation of the groundbreaking ceremony of the Medical and Diagnostics Center in Shamakhi during the meeting with the public of the region.
The president said:
"Azerbaijan`s international significance is growing, and we are playing a more active role in the region. The transnational projects implemented at our initiative, does not only strengthen the economy of our country but also increase its international image and importance. In this case, all issues will be settled at a higher pace. In all spheres including in foreign and domestic policy, economic development, social and economic development of regions, settlement of different social problems in education, health, culture, ecology, there are programs which are being implemented gradually. I do not doubt that Azerbaijan will soon turn into a very rich country. Azerbaijani citizens will live even better.
This is my goal! I want everyone to live well, to have the best material state, for their children to study at the best schools, for the teachers to teach at the best schools. I want the doctors to work in fine hospitals and our people to be healthy."
