Nagorno-Karabakh experiencing deep economic crisis, says russian analyst
Nagorno-Karabakh is not recognized by anyone and is experiencing a deep economic crisis, Russian political analyst Dmitry Oreshkin said in his article on Donbass and other conflicts, the Ukrainian Novoye Vremya newspaper reported.

“Azerbaijan considers that Karabakh was its territory, is and will be. Armenians claim that it is their territory as Armenians lived here in ancient times. But, the region wasn’t recognized by anyone and is in a deep economic crisis. However, there is no a war, it is a frozen conflict. It also refers to Abkhazia: Georgia doesn’t recognize the secession and keeps the unrecognized republic in possible blockade. Russia officially recognized it, but Abkhazia depends on the Russian budget,” he wrote.
