In a series of operations conducted based on the information received, Zagatala district police have detained two persons – Nasib Nasibov, a former police officer who lives in the Gandakh village, and Mukhakh village resident Suleyman Suleymanov, who has been formerly imprisoned for illegal drug trafficking – who engage in growing narcotic plants in the district’s Aliabad village, said the statement from the Interior Ministry Oct.6.
