Confidence building measures and people-to-people programs reduce tensions and lay the basis for a lasting peace, U.S. co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick said in a statement to the Armenian H1 online television.
The co-chair made the remarks on the call by House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce and Ranking Member Eliot Engel to stop increased ceasefire violations along the contact line of Nagorno-Karabakh.
