Turkmenistan can adopt the model of the innovative public service on the foundation of Azerbaijan’s ASAN Xidmet model. As Company SINAM informed that it has held relevant talks with the Turkmen side within the Turkmentel 2015 exhibition.
“In case of the affirmative decision concerning introduction of ASAN Xidmet in Turkmenistan it is considered to establish the consortium for realization of this innovative model in Turkmenistan. SINAM, having the wide experience in realization of large automated systems in the countries of Central Asia in cooperation with the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank, will be part of the Azerbaijani side. Turkmen side of the consortium may be presented by Turkmentolek, the affiliate of the Karakum company,” AzVision.az reports.
