Azerbaijani karate fighters to compete at 2025 World Senior Individual Karate Championships in Cairo

Azerbaijani karate fighters to compete at 2025 World Senior Individual Karate Championships in Cairo

Azerbaijani fighters will test their strength at the 2025 World Senior Individual Karate Championships, scheduled to take place in Cairo, Egypt, on November 27-30.

Azerbaijan’s hopes will be pinned on Nuran Rzazade (67kg), Turgut Hasanov (84kg), Asiman Gurbanli (+84kg), Roman Heydarov (kata), and female judokas Madina Sadigova (55kg) and Irina Zaretska (68kg).

Azerbaijani para karate fighters will also join the tournament.
