Magnitude 3.8 quake hits Caspian Sea

A magnitude 3.88 earthquake jolted the Caspian Sea on Thursday, AzVision.az reports, citing the Republican Seismic Survey Center of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. 

The quake occurred at 04:31 local time at a depth of 72 km.
