Chair of Public Union of Regional Legal and Economic Enlightenment Arzu Baghirova met with Chairman of the Board of the Black Sea Confederation Hızır Murtezaoğlu in the Turkish city of Izmir.
Focusing on a broad range of issues of mutual interest, the meeting followed by signing of a memorandum of cooperation intended to facilitate joint projects, experience exchange, educational events, and regional development initiatives.
The sides expressed their optimism over the benefits of collaborating and enhancing civil society relations between the two countries.
