Azerbaijan has launched another phase of the Great Return, relocating families to the cities of Kalbajar and Khojavend, as well as to Horovlu village in the Jabrayil district.
As part of this phase, 27 families (118 individuals) were relocated to the city of Kalbajar, 41 families (138 individuals) were resettled in Khojavend town, and 40 families (196 individuals) moved to Horovlu village of the Jabrayil district.
