“The military escalation, which poses a serious threat to security and stability both in the region and globally, causes deep concern,” Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement on the regional military escalation.
“We firmly call on all parties to exercise maximum restraint, refrain from actions that would further increase tensions, and return to the negotiating table. We emphasize the importance of respecting the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and independence of all states in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations and the universally recognized norms and principles of international law,” the statement reads.
