`Launching of the ASAN Service has been a revolution in the field of public services. More than 6 million people have already appealed to ASAN Service centers within a short period of time. The vast majority of the people are satisfied with the provided services,` said Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the meeting of the Cabinet dedicated to the results of socioeconomic development in nine months of 2015 and objectives for the future.
The President stated, there is no corruption, bribery or bureaucracy in ASAN Service centers.
`What does it mean? First of all, it demonstrates our strong political will to fight against all types of corruption. Secondly, it shows the possibility of complete elimination of corruption in the country. ` If it is possible in ASAN service, why not to do the same in all spheres? All governmental organizations should take the proper lesson. ASAN Service experience should be enhanced to all spheres and accordingly its administrative powers should be increased.
This year we have given various functions, in the most corrupted areas, to ASAN Service . Thus, I expect new suggestions from the government regarding the issue of transferring several powers to ASAN Service. I repeatedly claim, all other organizations should benefit from this practice`.
