Then lawyer Fakhraddin Mehdiyev filed a motion for Khadija Ismayilova’s sitting next to the lawyers, but not in the glass booth, commuting her imprisonment to house arrest and partial investigation of the criminal case. The petitions were rejected.
The judicial review was scheduled for October 29.
The Baku Court of Grave Crimes sentenced Khadija Ismayilova to seven years and six months in prison. Khadija Ismayilova appealed against the judgment.
