Organized by the “Great Silk Way” International Youth Union, it will bring together delegates from 30 countries.
The first forum was held last April, with participants coming from 20 countries.
It was named The Best Cross-Border Project 2013 in Culture nomination by the Eastern Europe Initiatives Congress
