The KUR plant is a joint venture of the Teleradio Production Union of Azerbaijan’s Communications and High Technologies Ministry and the IT-company Sinam.
KUR was established in 2005 and is the only company engaged in assembly-line production of computer equipment and electronics in the South Caucasus.
