The causes of seal deaths in the Caspian Sea are not known yet, the ministry told APA, noting that samples taken from the dead animals were sent to laboratories for examination.
According to the ministry, visual observations on bodies of seals showed that they are elderly seals with empty stomachs. The causes of seal mortalities will be known after the two-week examination.
