He noted that Russia is the only country with which Azerbaijan has fully completed the state border delimitation process.
He said the two countries support each other in all international organizations and are successfully developing military cooperation.
The speaker stressed the care shown to the Russian language in Azerbaijan noting that the country now accounts for more than 300 schools educating in Russian. In addition, he said the Russian language is taught in all universities.
Asadov said that the economic relations between Azerbaijan and Russia are at a high level and noted that the trade turnover between them made $4bn. He also noted that Azerbaijan accounts for more than 500 Russian companies, including 300 with Russian capital.

"Russia is a strategic partner of Azerbaijan. The two countries have signed over 200 agreements on cooperation," the speaker of Milli Majlis Oktay Asadov said.
