Azerbaijan should nominate its candidates for the post of judge at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) by January next year, said Chingiz Asgarov, the permanent representative of Azerbaijan to ECHR and head of the Human Rights Protection Unit in the Department of Work with Law Enforcement Agencies in the Presidential Administration.
Asgarov said that the issue of Azerbaijani judge at European Court will be considered in the PACE April session.
