An Israeli delegation headed by former Israeli Foreign Minister and leader of "Our Home Israel" party Avigdor Lieberman arrived in Baku Oct. 30, the Secki-2015.az website reported.
The delegation will observe the parliamentary election to be held Nov. 1.
