PACE representative: Voters are active in the election process

PACE representative: Voters are active in the election process

“We have not observed any violation of law until now,” member of the observation delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Agustín Conde told secki-2015.az.

Conde said that he monitored the election process in Azerbaijan for the second time.

“Azerbaijan has developed. There are improvements in the organization of the elections. We observe the activity of voters. People enjoy their voting rights,”
