The exit-polls are being conducted in two polling stations of constituency by the ELS independent research center.
Some 45,979 voters are registered in 44 polling stations of Zagatala-Balakan District Constituency 111. The web cameras are installed in 10 polling stations of the constituency. Some 520 local observers and the Kazakh representative of CIS mission are monitoring the elections.
