ODIHR for many years held biased attitude towards elections in Azerbaijan

The OSCE’s Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) has for many years held biased attitude towards the elections held in Azerbaijan, says Ali Hasanov, Azerbaijani president’s aide for public and political affairs.

He made the remarks Nov. 1, the secki-2015.az website reported.
