Suver said the observation mission visited 12 polling stations in Khatai, Nizami, Yasamal and Khazar districts.
“I would like to note that the election is being held in accordance with the European standards,” he said. “We saw surveillance cameras in some polling stations which show the transparency of the election.”
Suver said the observers from Europe and CIS countries also prove that.
The parliamentary election is being held in Azerbaijan Nov. 1.
Some 503 international observers from 40 organizations and over 66,000 local observers monitor the parliamentary election in Azerbaijan.
As many as 767 candidates claim for 125 seats in the Azerbaijani parliament.
