The agreement was signed in an exchange of letters between the Azerbaijani defense minister and the NATO secretary general.
Note that, the law on the agreement in an exchange of letters between the Azerbaijani defense minister and the NATO secretary general on ensuring Azerbaijan’s participation in NATO’s Resolute Support Mission in Afghanistan, was received by the Azerbaijani parliament on September 30.
