Five Armenian Crew Members Died in An-12 Crash in South Sudan
Five Armenian nationals died Wednesday in a crash of an Antonov An-12 cargo plane in South Sudan, a representative of the Armenian Foreign Ministry confirmed.
Earlier in the day, media reports emerged claiming that an An-21 cargo aircraft with Russian crew crashed in the South Sudanese capital of Juba.

"According to information obtained by the Armenian Embassy in Egypt, five Armenian citizens died in the air crash in South Sudan. They were all members of the crew," Tigran Mkrtchyan, the head of the Department of Press, Information and Public Relations, told RIA Novosti.
