1st trial adjourns on Azerbaijani, illegally crossed Georgia-Armenia border
The first court hearing into the case of Azerbaijani Turgay Mikayilov, who had illegally crossed the Georgian-Armenian border, has been adjourned.
The Lori District Court of First Instance of Armenia, where the case is being heard, AzVision.az reports citing to Armenian media. They informed that the hearing had adjourned because the judge, who presides over this trial, was in the chambers.

The next trial is set for November 26.

According to the indictment, 35 year old resident of Fakhrali village Mikayilov illegally crossed the Georgian-Armenian border in the direction of Dzyunashokh village of Lori district at about 9:00 PM on 23 June 2015, news.am reported. A criminal case was launched on the fact under article "illegally crossing the border". The article envisages punishment of 3-year imprisonment or a fine worth 100 000 Armenian dram.

Mikayilov’s relative Bahar Mikayilova told APA that he lost his way and crossed to Juja village of Armenia. The residents of the village detained him and handed over to the Armenian border guards.
