Mahir Gahramanov, Head of the division of Planning and Development at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan attending at the World Travel Market 2015 in London, the leading event for the global travel industry gave interview to Euronews, AzVision.az reports.
`Our next big event for the upcoming year is the Formula 1 race, the Grand Prix. In 2017 we will host the Islamic Solidarity Games, we are planning to host these big events in Azerbaijan. As well as we have a project for developing a tourism recreation zone, through this we are hoping to diversify our tourism infrastructure and to create new products on the coastal part of Azerbaijan. So, we think that this infrastructure will help to convince more foreign guests to come to Azerbaijan`, he said.
