PACE and other international organizations should consult with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs before issuing reports or resolutions on Nagorno-Karabakh, US Co-Chair James Warlick tweeted on Nov.6.
The PACE Committee on Political Affairs adopted the report entitled "Escalation of violence in Nagorno-Karabakh and other occupied territories,” prepared by rapporteur Robert Walter.
