German newspaper publishes article on Azerbaijani parliamentary elections

German newspaper publishes article on Azerbaijani parliamentary elections

German newspaper "Teltower Stadt-Blatt" has published an article on the parliamentary elections held in Azerbaijan on November 1.

The article says the elections were transparent and democratic and held according to Azerbaijan’s legislation.

The newspaper says the elections were monitored by a number of international observers and that all necessary conditions were created for holding the elections in a democratic manner.

The article says web cams were installed in 1000 polling stations.
