Azerbaijan handed over Armenian citizen

Azerbaijan handed over Armenian citizen

An Armenian civilian was repatriated by Azerbaijan Nov. 12 in an operation carried out under the auspices of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the committee said.

The woman crossed the international border into Azerbaijan on November 8, 2015.
