`I think we have very warm relations between the United Kingdom and Azerbaijan`, David Evans, a member of the House of Lords told.
As you know, the UK is the largest investor in Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan is an important country for us in terms of energy supply", D. Evans said.

Member of the House of Lords also touched upon the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the issue of refugees and internally displaced persons: `Azerbaijan deserves much more appreciation of Nagorno-Karabakh problem`, he added.
