Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the application of the "On citizens` appeals law" dated 30 September, 2015, AzVision.az reports.
The document contains the istruction for the Cabinet of Ministers to submit proposals for adapting the law to laws and regulations, as well as a bill on responsibility for violation of the Law, the draft rules of proceedings in connection with appeals of citizens to the state organization.
