Ilham Aliyev, the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan expressed his condolences to François Hollanda, the president of France.
The president stated, “ We were distressed by the numerous casualties and wounded caused by terror attacks.
We are deeply saddened by this attack and support all activities against terrorism.
We truly support the French people.
On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan I express deep condolences to you, families and relatives of the victims and all the people of Romania, I wish healing to the wounded."
