Transportation in Baku affected by Internet blackout
Internet blackout throughout Azerbaijan has affected transportation in Baku, said Shafa Mehmangizi, press secretary of the Intelligent Transport Management Center.
She told Trend Nov. 16 that although the Internet blackout hasn’t caused traffic jams, there are still some problems.

“Situation on the roads is normal,” said Mehmangizi. “We can observe the situation via cameras.”

“However, data transmission to the monitors at bus stops has been suspended,” she explained. “The Center’s hotline is also non-operational.”

So far, there is no Internet connection throughout Azerbaijan.
